Unit Liner began in 1967 providing liners for the oilfield industry. The company undertook many lining projects ranging from five million gallon storage tank liners to five acre ponds. As the company grew and expanded, other product lines were added and new divisions were created. One of these divisions, Pondliner.com®, came about by customer demand.
After twenty-five years of experience building large ponds, lagoons, and pits, we entered the water gardening market in 1998 with our internet site, Pondliner.com® and a new world opened up to us. We’re proud to say Pondliner.com® is one of the nation’s largest websites dedicated to the water gardening industry and serves customers, both wholesale and retail, nationwide. |
| During that same time, we began installing ponds and other water features for our customers in and around Oklahoma. Soon, our expertise improved; by the end of the first year and about 80 ponds later, we were traveling into three states installing water features as large as five million gallons.
The retail store, Pond Pro Shop, another division of the company, began in 2003 in a small corner of our office space and steadily expanded as our local customers became more and more interested in the acquisition of first-quality pond products and installation of water features in their homes and businesses.
